Don,
If they are hardy for you - too late (early) for me to go check - I'd
say Pachysandra terminalis, Hedera helix or Vinca major would cover
that slope and hold it. If V. major is hardy for you, it would do
the job most quickly.
Will post a shrub for you on woody plant list so Chris doesn't get
mad at me:-)
