Pampas-type grasses hardy in the mid to upper midwest?

Hi, everyone!
 
I need some help with white plume grass selections which are hardy in  the 
midwest (zones 5a/4b). I've heard that most of the  lovely tall and short pampas 
grasses do not do well here but there  must be a couple
that are. Any ideas?
