Re: Nodding Ladies

Hi,
there are up to 400 species of clerodendrum, the most popular (in my
country) is
C. thomsonae, it's an eye catcher of the garden.
but there are several varieties that I think as good as c. thomsonae :
- c. paniculatum (pagoda flower)
- c. inerme (indian privet)
- c. calamitosum
I think your Nodding Ladies is c. thomsonae or c. philipinum.
if you want to make it sure, try send e-mail to trubus@indo.net.id
it's the best gardening magazine in my country (indonesia, SEA).
