ObPerennials: Some members of the Hibiscus family are perennial here,
including H. coccinea (Texas Star Hibiscus). I can sometimes get the
Abelm. to overwinter but they are much harder. The tropical
rosa-sinensis are perennials... provided you bring them in upon freezes
:-)
