Asters

I bought a couple of asters over the weekend - both of them very different
from each other. This is my first experience with asters (my 1st full year
of gardening) and would like some info from all you more experienced (and
not so experienced) gardeners.

The one that was in bloom already is called Prof. Kippenberg #2 - Aster
dumous x Aster novi-belgii. It is dark blue violet - small, pretty blooms.

The other one was not in bloom, so all I have to go on is the tag. It is
called Omega Sky Rocket Stokes Aster - Stokesia leavis. It is pictured with
frilly, light/medium blue flowers. The back of the tag says that it is an
"Atlantic Botanical Garden introduction. Selected from the wild population
in Georgia. A totally new look for Stokesia."

Any info/advice would be appreciated.
