I can not grow stokesia at all zone 5. But I have found out my soil is too
acidy. So if you have are having a problem. Try adding a little lime. I am
going to try it next summer. I will also put the sand in. Thanks Chris from
Braintree, Ma. Regular Tall asters are one of the staples in my garden and
almost do too well. Who can figure.
