I have been doing this for the past six years and they bloom beautifully every
year around June.  There are different kinds of Spirea and unfortunately, I
can't remember what type I have other than the fact that the flowers are pink
and the smell, for some reason, reminds me raspberries.  I know this bush can
get rather large, but I like it small and compact to fit in with the rest of
the border.
