Re: iris reticulata - correction

Well, my brain was sure dead in the wee hours when I posted that mine were
around all year...I was thinking of I. cristata...mea culpa!

I. reticulata OTOH, does not stay around all year, but dies back during
late spring/summer - blooms quite early in the year...gets around 4 - 6"
tall. I have never been able to keep these going for more than a couple of
years in a row for some reason....may not like my climate or something.
But, they are really nice early spring bulbs. Need quite a few of them to
make an impact, but they also go well with the other early spring flowering
bulbs...

Sorry for misleading you...should NOT post when am really brain dead!
