Well, in my experience, all Nepeta are floppy by nature. You're right,
'Six Hills Giant' does want to encroach and flop all around. I keep mine
in a girdle of fencing and still have to whack back bits. I've never grown
'Walker's Low', but do have (think it's still with me) one of the smaller
ones - old common variety. Still likes to take up a fair amount of space,
but, being shorter, doesn't tend to flop on neighbors. Mine have never
gotten two feet tall, but they also have never received full sun (which
they would prefer) - can occupy 2' diameter circle of ground, tho'.
