Hi Marilyn,
We are in zone 4a - 4b so the rubrum and burgundy
giant probably wouldn't like it here at all. We have had good luck some of
the zone 5 grasses like Miscanthus Silberfeder and Giant Maiden, Maiden Flame
and of course Ribbon Grass :-\. This year we planted Japanese Blood Grass
so we will be looking for it in the spring. Would you suggest buying the
Rick Darke book for our zone or is it more for warmer climates?
Thanks for you help,
Sue
