Yes, Chris, zone 4. We are on the Mass border in the range most commonly
called Berkshires. Whilst extending into NYS, the name changes. My garden
has some altitude giving us a short season usually ending in a mid September
killing frost. All of it is sloped, some steeply. Upstate NY has a very
rigorous climate for gardeners.
Thanks for the pix. The genus ruellia is unfamiliar to me.
