Kemberly -  This one is very drought tolerant for me and seems to bloom best 
when not overwatered.  I cut mine back hard in the early spring and it grew 
back quickly to be much fuller than last year.  It's bloomed nonstop this 
summer, even with our heat, so it's definitely a keeper.
