Nancy -
Water from your aquarium would be perfect to get the biological action
going in the pond. If you're already a successful aquarium keeper you
should have no problem with a pond. A backyard pond is nothing more than
a big aquarium -- all the same "rules" of aquarium keeping apply: water
quality, filtration, bio-load, etc.
