I cut the stems off and stick the stem down in the potting mix until the
little plant is sitting on top of the soil. Just water and watch them
grow. It usually takes a year of growing on to bloom. I just love
Hemerocallis 'Enjoy' that has these growths on it and makes lots of new
plants to spread around or share.
