A client sprayed her lawn..where we are planning a perennial garden... twice
with Round Up (which I personally do not use at home or on jobs) and it now
looks quite dead except for some of the dandelions, which came back. I am
interested in opinions on whether I can assume it is REALLY dead...and thus
a new garden could be created simply by piling soil on top....or if I should
not trust the efficacy of the Round Up and use my usual method of layering
newspapers on top of the (dead?) grass and then piling the soil on top. Any
thoughts?
