I have a boning knife that gets many gardening usages. I have to divide
these hostas or by next year they will be moving the house over to gain
more space :(
I agree that large plants look the best... but mine get to be overgrown
in 2-3 years here....(what do you consider huge? Mine are 3 - 4+ ft
wide) They have crowded out all companion plants already. It has become
a hosta jungle over there...
I just fear that next year they will be scraggily looking if I don't do
this right.
