Some are so attractive, I see them on travels but never buy them anymore. We
just do not have the clear blue skies wanted by these succulents. I had a
blue/purple one for a few years and it was kept healthy by low temps in the
winter, no water during the no growth-low temp period and a direct halogen
light on it's location. That was too much for one plant to demand so I gave
it away. Maybe some research on just what low temp it will take plus some
cover might bring it through for you. Otherwise, this plant needs all the
light you can provide. The low (above freezing) temps do not seem to bother
it. Grey skies are the problem in the Northeast.
