Phlox 'Natural Feelings'

Does anyone know the breeding for this phlox? It certainly does not
look like any of my other phlox. Anyone carried it over from last
year? The Gold Mine and Ruby Mine did live over last winter( down to 0
degree F) but has not done much since. How are others growing this
phlox? So many questions and so little knowledge.
