RE: Mukdenia

Ah the grasses - most of them are great - just love the Hakones - have a
couple of them. Phlox still great, gaura is still full of blooms, caryopteris,
plumbago (the bue is wonderful!), colchicums. Two of my anemones are full of
blooms, especially happy with "Pamina" which was new this year. Third anemone
that I've had a few years seems to be sulking - lots of foliage, no blossoms.
But Tricyrtis are happy!  Asters seem to be on their way out but my sweet
autumn clematis is magnificent!
