Happy Friday to you too......
and It's almost 5:00 pm.....
I planted Moonbeams 2-1/2 years ago...the first two summers they were
beautiful mounds about 2 foot wide and 1 foot tall. This year they really
took off in the spring and they were a good 20 inches tall and they fell
over like yours. Well, about mid July I gave them a hair cut....I just took
my pruners to them and cut them to a height of 8-10 inches. They loved it I
guess, cause they look great. I will probably divide them in the spring. I
did dig up some of the edges to give to a neighbor. I told her I didn't
know if it would work, but they look great also....although I don't know if
they will survive this zone 5 winter.
Have a great weekend......
Ruth
