Check with some of the Tropical plants sites, Logees etc., to see if you
might get a plant if you cant get seeds.Just remember it (if it were to
grow to its normal size)will need tropical conditions year round and a
very strong support to show off the flowers that you are attracted to.
Good Luck, >>
Connie,
Thanks for the information. Where did you find the botanical
name? Was it an online database you'd like to share with us.
I like to try various exotic seeds. I was hoping to try to grow
it in a tub and bring it in on my patio for the winter. In Louisiana, our
winters aren't generally that harsh. We do get freezing weather from time
to time. I have friends ( and myself) that grow plumerias outside and bring
them into a garage or enclosed carport for over wintering with good
success. I was hoping to come across someone from a more
tropical/subtropical region who has actually grown the vine. Thanks for
the info.
