Oooh, ooh! I would highly recommend the Harry P. Leu Botanical Gardens
in Orlando.

I was down there about two years ago for a Mathematics tradeshow, but
managed to sneak way and spend an afternoon in the gardens. They have
over 2000 camellias on the grounds, although when I was there they
had just been zapped by frost.
I also spent a couple hours talking with the Executive Director,
Robert Bowden. He's quite a nice guy with a lot to share -- if
you stop in the main office, say 'hi' to him. He'll probably
talk to you for a bit...
