I planted chinese lantern several times, and thought it was a flop --
but behind my back it took hold and now is horrible invasive, and not
very pretty. My garden is not very sunny, but my sense is that this
thing would thrive anywhere, once it takes hold.

G'day, Everyone --
In Spring or early Summer, 1997, I planted a PHYSALIS (Chinese Lantern)
in 3
places in my yard with varying amounts of sun, from full sun to morning
sun
only. It didn't bloom last year but thought surely it would this
summer. Do
any of you have any ideas what I can do to get blooms & lanterns next
year???
