Hydrangea spots

Hi Everyone!!

I planted a blue hydrangea (sorry about the spelling) this spring.  I am
in zone 5, it gets partial sun, and the leaves are dry and covered in
reddish spots.  Someone earlier in the week had problems with rust on
their asters.  Has anyone heard of this problem with hydrangeas.  Could
it be rust?  What should I do about it?
