Are they named clones or are they seed raised plants, I have seen that
sometimes the seed raised types will not bloom?
Otherwise they like light shade during the hot part of the day-they like
moist but well drained soils that do not bake and get rock hard.
Also if the clumps have many small stems you might want to divid them up so
that the plants only produce a few large stems, in the spring thin them out
so that you only have 5 or so stems per clump and this will help in blooming
too.
