I got to it by monkeying around with it...and it's a tad different from the
one posted. Here it is, copied and pasted from the address window on my
browser:

I've found that if a URL doesn't work, you can often get there by deleting
from the right side until you hit something that works:-) Sometimes a
specific file is no longer up or they've changed some tiny bit of the
filename. In this case, I got there by taking off the last / and the ~ and
replacing the first / with a dot. Then the site flashed up with the
correct URL. cybergames for the mentally impaired:-)
