Pasque Flowers!

On a field trip today we saw the first pasque flower in bloom in southern
Hamilton county. There is a good population of plants there, but only one
was open, we saw lots of buds above ground, and it will be very pretty in a
few more warm days, but not yet! Butterfly, bluebirds, crickets, chorus
frogs and a nice warm sunny spring day!!
