There are several web pages including the USFWS, The Nature Conservancy;s and
the National Interagency Fire Center Fire Effects Information System.

There are also lists such as this one dedicated to landscape fire issues
(fire.net) and wildland fire control and prescribed fire..(pulaski.l) 

I problem I often see is the prairie and restoration community does not often
communicate with the wildland fire management community... Often we are
working toward the same goals but with different approaches and terminology,

Just run a search engine on Prescribed Fire and/or Wildland Fire and happy
surfing..
