recently come on the market north of Muenster, Texas. About 1.5 to 2
hours north of Dallas-Ft Worth.  This is part of the Ft Worth prairie
system. Scenic, rolling and dissected topography not far south of the
Red River. Dominants are big and little bluestem and upland
switchgrass.  Fair to good forb diversity-- abundant native legumes and
compassplant.  This tract may be subdivided and developed unless a
conservation buyer can intervene.
