Conservation Buyer Sought


The Nature Conservancy's Clymer Meadow Preserve is an 823 acre Texas
Blackland Prairie preserve about 1 hour north of Dallas.  An adjoining
150 acre tract has become available. Asking price is around $1,200/acre.
This tract is restorable native oldfield (dropseed and annual forbs). 
It has a small residence with a commanding view of the preserve and the
Arnold Creek bottoms. We would like to find a conservation buyer who
would be interested in working with us to restore the tract.  We will
help the landowner develop a restoration plan, provide seedstock and
assist in the planting and management.
