Wild parsley does indeed contain chemicals, that, when activated by sunlight,
cause blistering, etc. As to whether or not the dry plants will also have
this effect, the answer is yes, if you are sensitve to it--one friend of mine
got "burned" from plants specimens in the herbarium collection.
