Re: Sawdust for seed dilution?


Interesting idea.  I'd always heard that sawdust was poor for garden
mulching because it is nitrogen poor, but prairies evolved in a nitrogen
poor system.  Maybe such a strategy as you suggest would help reduce weeds
as well as carry the seeds?

Looking forward to hearing the other comments.
