If you have a moist prairie-Try ASCLEPIAS incarnata, attractive plants, will
bloom the first year, loved by butterflies. Fast growing.
Soak the seeds in hot water for 3 days-germination will start in 3 days and
lasts up till three weeks. Change the water every 12 hours with fresh hot
water.
Without the hot water soaking seed is slow and needs cold treatment for best
germination but the hot water speeds things up very much.
You should be able to find some seed at any good seed source locally.
