Dave,   My name is Wayne Morton and I'm vice president of the Missouri Prairie Foundation and I'm interested in the farm bill. We need to make our voices heard as prairies often seem to be the least protected of rare habitats yet one of the hardest to restore once damaged. My time is limited but will help I've put in about 150 acres of CRP and have worked with gov. programs a little on an 80 acre glade/savannah I own plus 180 acres of degraded prairie  so I have a little expreience on the "recieving end" if this will help.  Wayne
