The Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin is offering several tours
again this year to several choice prairies and savanna, both relics and
restorations. They include:

Prairie Chicken Booming - April 25-26
Sharptails and Pine Barrens - May 3
Kettle Moraine and Blue Spring Oak Opening State Natural Area - May 17
Partners for Wildlife Program, Grassland Restorations - May 17
Chiwaukee Prairie State Natural Area - June 7
Oak Savanna Restorations at Governor Nelson State Park - June 8
Mississippi Bluff Prairie/Savanna Restoration at Rush Creek N.A. -
June21
Wisconsin's Desert, Blue River Sand Barrens - June 29
Prairie and Oak Savanna Restoration at Greenwood Wildlife Area - July 25
Spread Eagle Barrens State Natural Area - August 16

All tours have limited space, so register early. Most also are free or
