Re: eligibility for CRP program

Contact your local USDA Farm Service agency, they
make the determinations for CRP eligibility.  Erosion
is not the only criteria used for determination.  Under
the new program, critical habitat is the guiding principal
and their are several categories under this, which may
apply to your site.
