ADMIN: system upgrade

Today I upgraded the version of sendmail used at our site.  The most 
significant changes include filtering of email from known spamming
accounts, as well as preventing our site from being used as a mail
relay.

If this is Greek to you, don't worry about it.  Basically, it means
that our site is more secure against email-based attacks.

The changes appear to have taken well; if you notice any anomalies, 
please report them to me immediately.  If you can't send email to
mallorn.com, mail to 'lindsey@ncsa.uiuc.edu' will work as well.
