I recieved the following question recently.
"Do you have any suggestions other than fire for the control of dodder?
I've got a few places that I'm a little concerned about. I don't mind
having the plant, I just don't want it to spread too aggressively."
My experience with fire was that it increased dodder the following
spring. My correspondent is considering using round-up on the host. I
hope one of you has a better suggestion.
