action websites?

Hi, All,

What would it take to get a website setup like Audubon Action or Center for
Biological Diversity or Wild Alert?  Some of you will have seen them.  They
contact you by email when there's an issue, then you click on their link and
it takes you to a fact sheet, and a draft email message that you can
personalize.  You click again, and voila!  it sends the email to your U.S.
reps and senators!!!  So easy!

Is that expensive?  That reminds me, we ought to get find out who the
contact people are for groups like that!  We could tie in with one or more
of them to help get our issue out to their participating members.  Anyone
know anyone who is involved in one of these?
