Greetings!
I have gotten several calls from landowners in east central Illinois who
are looking for native trees and shrubs for their property.  Most of the
commercial nurseries carry cultivated varieties and not the true native
species.  I had him contact the regional DNR office to see if he
qualifies for one of their landowner programs.  But, if anyone knows of
any nurseries they would like to recommend, that would be helpful.  He
has already been to the local ones in our area.  I told him to check
with Bork's Nursery and with The Natural Garden in St. Charles.  Please
send me your suggestions.  I appreciate your input.
