The reason for the sudden increase in native plant materials such as
seed is the huge increase in plantings as a result of the USDA'a
Conservation Reserve Program.  This is a program that idles
environmentally sensitive
farmlands by planting these acres to a protective cover that is
beneficial to wildlife
