Re: Roundup Effects



In preparing my 26 acres for prairie seeding this summer, I bit the 
bullet and had them spray Roundup.  Sure enough, it all died and 
turned brown, but what surprised me was the rapidity at which the 
grasses (foxtail and quack, I think) and pigweed re-established 
themselves, presumably from seed in the ground.  Six weeks later,
the weeds were as tall as the tractor.
