New Texas Prairie Website!

Dear Prairie People,

Lee Stone here. A couple of weeks ago I heard about a web-site building 
contest here in
Austin that paired up tech-companies with non-profits. One's non-profit
and the tech team one is paired with work like crazy together for one day
and create a website that is then judged and may receive accolades.

Daniel Thompson, who had been working on ours by himself and became
overwhelmed, Agnes Plutino, an NPAT member and president of Georgetown
NPSOT, and a friend from my work, met with the tech team while I was out
of town AND THEY THREW A WEBSITE TOGETHER yesterday.

They discovered technical flaws 4 minutes before the end of the time
allotted, so it doesn't run totally smoothly and some items can't be
reached as planned, and my email address is wrong, and some captions to
photos are inaccurate, BUT WHAT THE HECK!  It's free! And our tech team
adopters will do the repairs soon, Daniel tells me. They'll also teach us
how to keep it updated.

For the meantime, the team is being very sweet and have put us on the web
for free at a 14 year old's domain (he was the graphics expert on the
team and his dad works for the Sterling Company that teamed with us.)

So, check it out! They did a nice job on what can be seen.
