papers for russian bulletin

Dear all,
I am russian conservationist and my principal interest is conserving and
restoring of steppes. (Steppes are euroasian  dry grasslands, analogous with
some kinds of prairie). For last year I am editor of The Steppe Bulletin - a
non-profit  information bulletin on conservation, ecosystem restoration and
sustainable land-use of steppe ecosystems; published in russian and
distribute throughout Russia, Khazakhstan, Ukraine and some other countries
of former USSR, gratis.
Unfortunately our countries have not so extensive expirience of restoration
like american prairie restoration.
Also we have a lack of good expirience of successful cooperations for steppe
conservation and restoration in privat owned lands because the privat
property on land is new for former USSR.
I should be very grateful for a paper about this topics in american practice
(Prairie conservation and restoration on privat owned areas. Prairie
restoration on whole.) for our The Steppe Bulletin. Of cause we will
translate it into russian. Unfortunately we can't pay for this.  However we
can publish any announcements in SB.
