RE:: Tiller Purchase


Definitely a Troy Bilt.   I have owned my Troy 6hp Horse for 20 yrs.   Just
rebuilt it last year (new carburator, seals, shaft, tines).   Parts were
readily available and easy to rebuild.  That thing runs better than new.

Watch for the tillers weight.   I went with the cast iron Briggs Stratton
engine instead of a Kohler aluminum; the extra weight makes the tiller
operate a lot smoother.  The light ones will bounce around.   Hell, I can
drink a cold one and operate the tiller in the other hand.   Troy's are the
best.

Bill Sadowski, in Ohio and started some seeds today for my Son's science
project  "the effects of different loud music on plants".   Should be
interesting.
