clarence ny weighoff

alot of talk lately about ray, and prize money, where was i when motivation for
growing came from the prospect of financial gain? if that's where this is
heading, then i'm heading out. i guess we all have our reasons, mine has
always been to have fun, and do the best i can do. if i grew a really big one,
i mean really big, like larry and gerry big.........i wouldn't hike up to
clarence for 25k. sure, i could use the money, who couldn't. but, i'd rather
keep my prize at home, in my own neighborhood. that's where i've been going,
and that's whre i'm going to continue to go, whether i grow a 50 pounder or a
1500 pounder. i'm not going to turn my back on what i believe in, or why i do
this in the first place just for some money.
just my two cents, i apologize to anyone who may be offended.
