Planted today the Direct Start Method, warm today 75.
Planted in two mounds.
1st The Living Dead 1006 x 1006. Just have to make sure that I don't select
a ribbon vine this year. Still think this one could produce a record breaker.
2nd Mound:
1092 Burke
803.5 98 Al Eaton 946.5 Geerts(96) x 780 Eaton(98)
756 97 Pete Geerts 567.5 Mombert(92) x 559 Geerts(95)
Only one of the above can be left to grow. Any comments on the above seeds
potential is welcome.
Planted 2 days later than last year even though in warmed up early this year.
We had a cold week and it delayed planted a little.
Mound prep: Dead forked in Bradfield Plus and Cat food. Will fill the two
holes beside the mounds with compost & manure over the next or so.
