You can't go wrong with a Troybuilt. I've had my "horse" for 12 years and
wouldn't trade it for any other kind. As to your question, yes, It will
pull itself up a 10% grade very easily while tilling 8 to 10 inches deep.

Hey, about that tiller the Troy built 8 Horse is a great tiller. My front
tine 5.5 Craftsman will till 12 -14 in. deep which is deeper than the tine
cover on the Troy will allow you to go, but it still tills about 10 in. or
so. Since I only use it once a year it's better for me to get together with
other people and rent one, which brought my cost to about 20 dollars. Have
