I can appreciate that we are all busy selecting and planting
our seeds, however I could really use some input on what would be the optimum
water temperature for pumpkins. I'm sure some of you have watered with
solar heated water, what temperature did you use and do you think it helped or
hurt the plant? What is the maximum temperature I can use without damaging
the plant or hurting production? I will be using water from a water
heater and unless I hear different I plan on going with about 80 degree
water as opposed to my 60 degree tap water. Your insight is
appreciated.
