If you read carefully, the above statement only says that Howard Dill has the
RIGHT to exclude others from selling........etc. Howard is a gentleman in
every sense of the word and is obviously not choosing to exercise HIS RIGHT
to exclude seed trades and such among list members and grower's club fund
raising events. This is not to say that he will always feel this way, he just
hasn't chosen to act yet.

We are actually furthering the sport in many respects. Think about it; AG
cultivation has become more and more popular, largely due to weigh off
publicity. Because Dill's seeds are sold in bulk to many seed catalog
companies and are also widely available to the public on seed racks, the few
growers on this list who trade or offer free seeds will not put a dent in his
seed revenue.

Not everyone who wants to grow AG has access to a computer to sign onto the
list, but many can and will walk into a garden shop or order through a
catalog to buy Dill's AG seeds.

We do owe him a lot of respect. The best way to show it is to grow a big one!
